BY ORDERING A COMMISSION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS :

GENERAL TERMS

✦ You must 18+ to commission me !✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.✦ I will not do a commission without a reference ! I can not work off of a written description of a character.✦ Commission turnaround usually is no longer than a month !
Although if anything comes up that may disrupt this in some way, I will let all of my audience and clients know.

PAYMENT POLICY

✦ Payment is currently only accepted via PayPal invoicing or through kofi slots - USD only✦ Slots must be paid in full before any work is started.

✦ During the process of your order, I will send updates of each step !⬩Sketch

⬩FinishedThis shows that me, as the artist, am staying on task and keeping myself accountable to my work.✦ When sending these updates, PLEASE do not hesitate to let me know if anything needs to be adjusted or if I miss anything such as markings.
These are your opportunities to openly tell me if anything does not look quite right.✦ WIPS do not apply to PWYW Kofi slots or smaller slots ($20 or less)!
However the finished file is sent, you can still let me know if there’s anything that needs to be adjusted.

REVISIONS

✦ Small revisions may be done during the process of your order/after the commission is finished such as fixing small details, etc.✦ Bigger revisions will result in a fee.
(ex: adjusting a commission to fit an updated/revised design of your character)

REFUNDS

✦ Commissions are non-refundable UNLESS your order meets the requirements below.

✔ WHEN I OFFER REFUNDS

✦ I have not contacted you within 3 weeks or more regarding your order (keeping in contact or sending updates).
✦ I am not able to meet a deadline that was initially agreed upon.
✦ If I feel uncomfortable by your behavior during our work together and no longer wish to work on the order (not allowing me proper time to work or respecting me as an artist, etc.)
✦ If you submit a ref that is AI generated.

✔ WHEN I WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS

✦ If you have received a finished file and have “changed your mind” on the order.
✦ If you feel as though the commission doesn’t match what you had in mind:
I give very frequent updates and communicate as much as I can, so please let me know during the process if you don’t like the direction the art is going.

My art is not to be used for monetary gain (used as products).If you’re looking to work with me for a commercial project, I am always willing to discuss it.✦ Completed commissions will most likely be posted on social media and used in my online commission portfolio.

I DO NOT consent to my work being uploaded or used for things such as NFTs or AI learning in any capacity.
